Service refers to Allokard, a hospital and healthcare management platform used for token booking, appointment scheduling, patient visit tracking, notifications, and related services.
Terms mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company.
Third-party Service means services provided by hospitals, clinics, telecom operators, network providers, and messaging platforms.
You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, You may not use the Service.
You represent that you are over the age of 18.
Your use of the Service is also conditioned on acceptance of the Privacy Policy.
By providing your contact details, you consent to receive transactional messages, appointment reminders, service alerts, promotional communications, WhatsApp notifications, and other communications related to Allokard.
You may opt out at any time by following unsubscribe instructions or contacting the Company.
Message delivery and service availability may depend on third-party providers. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. The Company is not responsible for their content or practices.
We may terminate or suspend access immediately if You breach these Terms.
The total liability of the Company shall be limited to the amount paid by You or 100 USD, whichever is lower.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the revised Terms.
All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
